Buses are also the cheapest way of going around the city, which means that the locals (along with their chickens and goats) also take this means of transport. However, it is pretty hard to figure out and it may take a while to get to and from places since buses wait for certain quotas. The hotels can set you up touring trips with this service. This provides more travel comfort as it eliminates the chickens and goats that take the trip with you, but is not safer than the public buses. Rickshaws are either bicycle-driven or automated carts which are ideal for short distances.
